The Region of Waterloo Public Health Sexual Health Program offers both clinical and counselling services, which includes: STI testing, HIV testing, low cost birth control (24 years of age and younger), genital wart treatment, Hepatitis testing, IUD insertion, Depo injection, PAP test, pregnancy testing, needle exchange, Hep A & B vaccinations, Naloxone kits and promotes awareness about sexual health to the general public.

Clinics are offered in a variety of ways: same day appointments, drop-in and booked appointments Monday through Friday. All services are free and confidential. No health card is required. Limited number of appointments are available with the nurse based on availability and nursing assessment. Birth control services and Pap tests are limited to those aged 24 and younger. Must book an appt for Depo, IUD and Pap test.

Hours Tue. 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM Limited practitioner hours available Monday - Thursday and appointments to be booked through the nurse only. Triage nurse available from 9-11:30 and from 1-4pm. Tues: 1:30 - 6:00 pm (Reduced hrs due to COVID. Appointment only. Call to determine eligibility). *Needle exchange and Naloxone kits avail M-F 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
