Working in collaboration with the Haldimand Norfolk Health Unit, the Haldimand Family Health Team (HFHT) and the Delhi Family Health Team (DFHT) look forward to continuing the ongoing provision of Sexual Health Clinic services to the residents of both Haldimand and Norfolk County.
These services will continue to be offered through skilled and knowledgeable Nurse Practitioners within our Family Health Teams. When calling either of the Family Health Teams, please indicate you are requesting services from the Sexual Health Clinic team to further direct your call.
You will be offered an initial telephone consult from one of our Nurse Practitioners during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This is for your protection and the protection of others
