Nurse Practitioner-led Clinic:
- Annual health exam (male and female)
- Annual comprehensive health exams (male and female)
- Illness/illness diagnosis and treatments
- Counseling and Education (individual or group) Nutritional Education
- Well baby/pregnancy/Child assessment and supports
- Medication management
- Monitoring and management of chronic diseases such as depression, diabetes, lung disease and heart disease
- Student health outreach for students of Georgian College
- Health promotion and disease prevention services
- Extended Hours acute illness/injury service
- Ontario Telemedicine Consultations and Co-ordination
- Immunization
- Nutritional Assessments
- Spirometry
