I am a caring and compassionate doula and love everything about pregnancy, birth, and babies. I grew up on the central coast of California and have been supporting families for as long as I can remember.

My first experience of birth was in high school where I witnessed a mother who had little autonomy over her own body. Although my heart was transformed by the magic of birth, I knew this couldn’t be the only way we bring babies into this world.

I then went on to work with children and received a degree in Child Development. I spent many years living abroad in Germany teaching kindergarten and deepening my relationship with children and families. Through this, I discovered that parents all over the world are in desperate need of support in the early years of parenthood, and in order to create a beautiful nurturing future for our kiddos, we need to start at the beginning: BIRTH!

By providing evidence-based education, unbiased support, and advocating for birthing folks, I hope to create a peaceful and loving environment to welcome not only your baby into the world but also your journey into parenthood.

When I am not supporting families, you can find me hiking, kayaking, creating art, reading, or cooking yummy vegetarian food.
